Almost half the rooms have views of the neighboring Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard. There are two pools, and massages are available outdoors, under the redwoods, or in the Garden Sanctuary. Some offer tranquil views of the mountains to the east, but others face a busy courtyard or a busier Route 29, something even double-thick windowpanes can’t remedy. If you’re a light sleeper, be sure to request a room facing east. Guests enjoy free access to the neighboring day spa’s heated lap pool, fitness center and eucalyptus steam rooms.
